During lockdown we have the following shipping costs and timings in place with our current courier partner: Aramex. Please note, we do not make a profit on shipping and in fact take a loss. We just try to get coffee to you as quickly, professionally and cheaply as possible.
Minimum total order weight during lockdown is 0.5Kg
We do not offer order collection but you are still able to buy from Olive Branch in the Lifestyle Centre, Kloof Street, or, SE Supermarket in Woodstock, Cape Town.
Cape Town City Bowl – Free
Cape Town (brown) and the greater Cape Peninsula area (yellow) – R85
Orange Main Centres – R110
White Sub Centres – R150
Rural Grey – R200
The costs are worked out from your post code, so please make sure it’s correct on the Cart page to check the cost, and on the Checkout page when you finalise and pay for your order.
We’re shipping with Aramex’s economy method, which should take on average 2 – 4 business days.
When we ship in our own Deluxe van to the local Cape Town CBD you should hopefully receive the next business day.
We process orders from our site at the end of every business day and those orders go to our warehouse for processing and shipping the next business day. We need the whole day to precess orders because of the volume we receive. But obviously you can order on the site at any time.
Tracking And Delivery
Once we process your order in the warehouse and hand off to Aramex, you will receive an email with tracking details and will be kept up to date on tracking events.
Aramex will call you if you are not home or miss a delivery. They will attempt delivery 3 times so don’t panic if you miss them. Please allow them time to get it to you before logging a support request.
If you have an existing order with us being delivered with Aramex and are having problems, please see info on our Aramex issues page.
