Bulk Orders and Price Lists

We charge the same amount for coffee whether you order 1 or 1000KG. It’s just the way we work. Our prices are the same as are displayed in this website in the products on the Shop page. If you would like to order a larger amount and would like to order from a store only, please get in touch with us via the Contact Form with your order details.


In Store accounts VS Online Accounts

Our physical stores and online stores are separate entities. If you have a store account please contact general operations with your request using the Contact Form to General Operations or call 021 462 3039. If you have an account on the website here, please sign in and navigate to My Account to view your existing subscriptions and orders.

Just click the My Account button at the top of every page and then click Register to create an account. Or you can create an account during the last step of placing an order online.

No, the stores only deal with orders larger than 5KG.

Yes. Just go to subscription products to create a recurring order.

Barista Training, Events, Machine Hire / Purchase

We ourselves do not cater events but will be happy to pass you on to trusted partners who use Deluxe products with high professionalism. Please get in touch via the Contact Us page.

Online Store Payment & Security

  2. EFT – Provided instantly and securely via PayFast
  3. SnapScan – Use the SnapScan app on your phone to pay quickly and securely.
  4. Bitcoin – Provided though PayFast for our high tech friends


Only credit cards or debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logos are accepted for subscription orders.

Our site is secured using bank level encryption. Please check the green lock in your browser bar to confirm your secure connection. For the more technical, we use a TLS 1.2 certificate. The connection is encrypted and authenticated using AES_128_GCM and uses ECDHE_ECDSA as the key exchange mechanism. We store no credit card or other payment details on our server and for subscriptions your details are encrypted at rest and in transit and reside with Nedbank’s servers only.

Online Store Shipping Questions

Every working week day at noon. Not weekends.

If your order is received before 12 noon and you’re located in either Cape Town or Johannesburgburg then it’s very likely you’ll be enjoying your coffee tomorrow. Delivery to other areas in South Africa can take up to 96 hours depending on the shipping method selected.

Our shipping price is as affordable as we can make it. We also don’t add any mark-up to our shipping costs from our provider, FastWay. We’re selling coffee. Not shipping. Our full shipping policy is explained here.

Returns Questions

You are not able to return coffee. If the packaging or actual coffee has been damaged and is unusable or it is not what you ordered please contact us at [email protected] where we will make sure you are compensated.

The online store is managed and run by Calyx on behalf of and under license from Deluxe Coffeeworks. Calyx is a company specialising in e-commerce development and facilitation based in Cape Town.

Calyx runs the Deluxe Online store on behalf of and under license from Deluxe Coffeeworks. The payment gateways are also run by Calyx so you will see billing information there from Calyx.
